Regular reporting obligations relate to various types of events and ensure that the Exchange is kept continuously informed of relevant changes concerning the issuer. They contribute to market transparency and the proper functioning of the Exchange and are required for maintaining the listing.
Scope and Events Subject to Notification
Regular reporting obligations apply to all issuers listed on SIX Swiss Exchange that issue equity securities, bonds, derivatives, collective investment schemes and exchange traded products (ETPs). They also apply to equity securities and collective investment schemes admitted to trading in the SIX sponsored segments.
Events subject to notification include, for example:
- changes to basic issuer data, such as the name or registered office of a listed company
- changes of the audit firm
- changes to the capital structure
- dividend announcements
Logins and forms for the efficient fulfilment of regular reporting obligations are available online.
Submission of Notifications
Issuers with shares or participation certificates listed on SIX Swiss Exchange must submit notifications via the online platform CONNEXOR Reporting.
Issuers of other securities may use CONNEXOR Events or the designated online forms.
