CURRENT COMPANY AND FINANCIAL DATA
Regular reporting obligations apply for different types of events. They apply to all SIX-listed companies that issue shares, bonds, derivatives and collective investment schemes. Compliance with the regular reporting obligations is a prerequisite for the listing to be maintained. Certain reporting obligations also apply for maintenance of the admission of foreign shares and Sponsored Funds admitted in Switzerland.
