Delisting of CI Com SA, Geneva

On 6 June 2025, SIX Exchange Regulation AG (SER) submitted a request to the Regulatory Board of SIX Group AG for the delisting of all bearer shares of CI Com SA (Swiss Security Number 162'581 / ISIN CH0001625810) with a nominal value of CHF 20 each listed on SIX Swiss Exchange AG pursuant to Art. 58 para. 2 Listing Rules (LR) as the issuer no longer fulfils the listing and maintenance obligations pursuant to Art. 13 LR as it has failed to appoint an audit firm since the annual general meeting of 18 December 2024. SER has also requested the rejection of the temporary exemption from the disclosure obligation in connection with the publication and the filing of the annual report 2024. The Regulatory Board approved both requests in its decision of 12 June 2025. The delisting will take place on 6 November 2025, the last trading day at SIX Swiss Exchange AG will be on 5 November 2025.

The decision of the Regulatory Board has become legally binding.

Trading in CI Com SA bearer shares will resume on 5 August 2025 and will remain open for a total of three months until the last trading day.
