Issuers with primary-listed equity securities, i.e. shares and participation certificates, must use CONNEXOR Reporting to report the information set out under Art. 9 of the Directive Regular Reporting Obligations. In the event that CONNEXOR Reporting is exceptionally not available for technical reasons, the following online forms can also be used.

Where the Art. 10 et seq. of the Directive Regular Reporting Obligations and the Annexes 2 - 6 as well as the Additional Rules for Listing of Exchange Traded Products thereto stipulate that reportable facts are to be transmitted via online forms (with or without official notice), the relevant information must be transmitted using the following online forms:
